Very disappointed bought a lounge back in October still waiting apparently the lounge has been delivered to the supplier but Harvey Norman’s warehouse is too full to take it I have now been told it will be another three weeks so that will be six months since I ordered and paid in full for my lounge will never buy from Harvey Norman ever again

We had great service from white goods department when we purchased a new oven and dishes recently. However do not use the recommended installer. He charged us $140 to come and do the installation and then an unexpected extra $60 to change a small length of fuse wire. $200 for a short job. Really expensive and not a good experience at all!

Horrible service!! We had SUCH a hassle trying to get a lounge, taking over a week. We had dramas trying to order the lounge and organising when to get it, we had 2 people in the same Wollongong store saying different things, one lady told us everything is being processed and is fine, yet someone else saying we can’t get it and there’s nothing that can be done to fix the problem. We changed to the Nowra store, then after finally ordering the lounge and organising it to be dropped off to our house, they send us the wrong lounge! We called the company and was reassured we could set the lounge up, would get the correct lounge on the Monday, and that the removalist will disassemble the lounge and help set up the correct lounge for us... Wednesday comes along, we finally get the right lounge but the removalist’s attitude was absolutely appalling. Swearing, complaining and refused to help set up the new lounge, he told us “not my problem” and left. The entire process was horrendous.

Compliments to Ben and staff in white goods section at Harvey Norman Nowra. Knowledge of refridgerator was excellent, very helpful and followed through to delivery. 10/10. Jan Greenwell Point
