I required a person from Bedding to check an issue I had with my electric bed my husband and I recently purchased. A very well mannered young man called Matthew rang and arranged a time and then rang closer to the time as a courtesy. He arrived on time, sorted the issue quickly which was a great relief to us. He was polite and was pleased he could help out. I have a management background and he is an asset to your company . This service ensures we will shop at your store in the future

We called in to the store today to buy a DVD recorder and were sooooo disappointed that our favourite salesman Malcolm had taken a day off, we were stunned, he NEVER has a day off we told his boss.... he's always here to give us the right advice and if the slogan have faith in your product and the customer will have faith in you he's the other way around. We have total faith in him and would not purchase ANYTHING without his sayso (usually) Maverick took over and he was very helpful so we have a plan B if you're off again Malcolm. Boy, we missed you !!!!!
