They were supportive in the decisions we made. They listened to us and only did or said as our wishes. They made myself and my family comfortable. We couldn'€™t have asked for anything better. Tony and his crew treated us and our son Bo as part of the family. He truly understands loss of loved ones and this is conveyed through his treatment of not only those grieving but also the one they have lost. Thank you Lenore for handling all of the arrangements for us and to Tony for making the time to see us when we called in to pick up our son. Thank you Harts.

Very good service and arrangement. Their team are helpful from the get go, very genuine and sympathetic. They give a lovely good bye. It makes it so easy when you don't need to worry about the whole thing, you have them to make sure everything goes to plan.

I attended my Aunty's funeral and was so happy for her with the beautiful send off she received. I know she would have loved the elegance and beauty that she was surrounded with. The horse drawn hearse was an extra special touch. Beautifully done!
