Be careful as you may not have the warranty you think you do. My wife has used Harris Pest Control for the last 4yrs. They did the treatment on the house when it was built. The last treatment was done in October last year and we have started to get small cockroaches and spiders in the house. The person doing the application told my wife that we have a 12yr warranty against such creepy crawlies. When my wife phoned the office she was told that we only had a 3 month warranty as we had not contacted them to request a 12 month warranty. The person in the office also said that if my wife had chosen to be pay monthly it would have automatically have come with a 12 month warranty. BTW my wife actually paid $5 more to pay in a lumpsum rather than monthly. Will never use again.
