Very disappointed with the outcome. Brought in my daughters formal dress and it cost $255 to take up the hem and alter the shoulder straps. But straps still too loose and my daughter was told that’s the most they could change them, which is very untrue. Not impressed at all having spent so much money. Would not go back as you should be satisfied with the alterations but the dress is still ill fitting. Lady was quite abrupt with my daughter and didn’t make it a nice experience at all.

The elastic in my skirt waist band had total gone, they have put new elastic in and done a fabulous job. It was ready before it was due which was great. They are very expensive the price was $48 to unpick the band and put new elastic in - too dear.

Had daughters formal dress altered not happy with the alteration wrong length paid $85 for zipper alteration and it was crooked. Had to go to a paradise point alterations lady who was 1/3 of price and and a perfectionist!!! Sorry I didn’t do my research other mothers only advised me later🙁

I live 6 hours from the Gold Coast. I needed something altered when I was at the coast 9 years ago and Angela and her team were so professional, their workmanship is outstanding with quick service. I have been using Harbour Town Alterations ever since. I wouldn't use anyone else

I emailed the company to find out if they could replace a zip in my cushion cover and how much it would cost and never got a response which I wasnt happy. I am still waiting for an email from them with a price.
