Absolute shocking customer service. My sister called for the piercing special that was going, rude and arrogant staff member wouldn't answer questions that were being asked. Disgusting !

Sweet and friendly staff but I found it expensive and the nail polish I picked for my toes was old so it was lumpy and thick. Messed it up within minutes of leaving.

We got our nails with SNS powder she did a okay job because they only lasted a week when they should last a month? We paid too much because they didnt last we wont be getting them done again?

I just want to say thankyou to Jess for my amazing eyelash extentions back in Feb..this woman has such a talent and second time I have flown from Sydney just to have her do them for me..simply the best!!! I honestly trust her and it is definately worth the travel for the superior service. Also - Sara does the best pedi and manicure,,these women have such beautiful welcoming personalities and made me feel very special..I will be back for sure...its hard to find such expertise but I found them at Hand and Body Concepts!!,,,AAAAA+++++ Will be coming back (even with the travel) to Hand & Body Concepts

I had a back neck shoulder massage for the first time the other day and i loved it to say the least. The girls were very friendly and the service was great. They made me feel amazing and was so relaxed when i left. I would highly recommend hand and body concepts to anyone that is in coffs harbour

The girls were so gentle and great in educating me where I have been going wrong with my skin reign and how to get back on the right path and which products to use also! I had a delux pamper package recently by the fabulous Megan. She was absolutely amazinggg at everything from the massage to the facial and mani at the end.. I was so relaxed and loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend her to anyone! Thankyou

I visited Hand & Body Concepts about 6 months ago and I still think they deserve a big THUMBS UP to Kaylee and Girls at Hand & Body Concepts in the plaza, 7 friends got our Daith's (part of the ear) pierced to help with migraines and she looked after us one after the other. Kallee had fantastic knowledge on this topic and answered all our questions, and the price was great! Very professional and a lovely, clean shop.

I had one of the lovely ladies do my french tip acrylics and I couldn't be anymore happier. The customer service and all around vibe is excellent and professional and the ladies there are so friendly. I've had piercings done here, and my first daughters ears pierced here also and I truly recommend their service.
