Being brand new to renovating, Michael helped us greatly in running through what our ideas were, what was possible, what may work better, offering solutions with his knowledge and experience all towards freshening up our home, along with making it more safe. Michael has been very approachable and easy to contact, having a lot of patience with our many questions that came with being first time renovators. He had very clear communication, was able to work in and around with other trade work that needed doing, and with his years of experience was able to provide accurate outcomes and job estimates. You can see Michaels passion in the work he produces, along with his reliability to the project. Along with working hard on our home's transformation Michael always took the time to say hello to our new bub and ask how we were going, which being not only new to renovating but new to parenting, seeing his genuine care helped make the experience less stressful and smooth.

Hancock construction renovated my kitchen which included removing a wall, installing a beam and replacing door/windows. Also arranged other trades including electrical and plumbing plus installing cabinetry. Great advice and options provided on renovations including the design. Highly recommend for any renovations.

For a first time renovator, I found Michael was very helpful with ideas & what small changes that would improve the property even further. His work ethic is second to none & his paperwork very professional. Nothing was too much trouble, he quite often found problems in my 100yr old house & just fixed them. What I thought was just a paint stuck old window turned out to be an old sash & weight window & it was fixed very promptly. My old dark dingy house is now all bright & new due to Michael’s talented carpentry & building skills. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael & in fact he has already done jobs for my friends.
