Hairy Rumours

I have had no issues with my haircuts however my daughter is very unhappy with her recent colouring. She wanted all her hair two shades of purple. Her hair is very dark brown. First, there was hardly any bleaching product applied below the scalp, so most of it is not much different to her normal hair colour. Second, the purple didn’t cover all the lightened hair on top of her head, so there are some small streaks of the gingery colour her hair changed to where it was lightened. Nothing at all like the photos she showed them of what she wanted. After four hours and almost $400 we are extremely disappointed. Won’t be going back there even for my haircuts.

Just wanted a trim, keeping my already inverted hair cut and get blonde foils to retouch my grown out hair but also blend into my natural hair. Not only were the foils not blended, my hair looks stripey but also my cut is choppy. Not what I would expect from a salon haircut worth just over $200. Second two photos are after I had my roots blended at another salon and after I straightened it to find the dodgy hair cut. Never again.

If I could give this place a zero star rating, I would. Customer service was horrible and I was refused services I booked in for because they "didn't have time." Funnily enough the hairdresser had time to sit and chat to a different client whom she said was her favourite. Hair cut took maybe two minutes, no sectioning, just a lot of hacking at random places. You can see the results in the photo attached. Hair colour was a disaster. First they turned my hair the wrong colour, then they covered it a different dye which didn't work, so they attempted to cover it again with a toner which was straight out in the first wash, leaving me with green hair. I have made multiple attempts at contacting this business for advice and have been completely ignored.

My 50th turned into a awful let down to busy to give me anything special I got the worst hair dye burn that caused me pain for over a week, I was left unattended for ages the hair dye was darker then Id asked for my scalp was to sore for shampooing needed straight cold to sooth my head, I had 3 different people attend me very neglected I almost walked out after having to towel dry my own wet hair cause I was cold, I was given no apologies or anything to make up for my entire ordeal I went to my 50th dinner in pain and needing makeup for dye staining I would never recommend if your after a special treatment the best part was price but I had more then enough money to have a special pampering but nope this place was way to busy for anything special.
