Worst customer experience ever and we dine out at least 2x per week. We waited 10 minutes to order drinks and when she finally came she said she had forgotten all about us. There were only two others there at the time and at least 4 staff. We asked 3 times for menus and finally 30mins after being seated got one. Then nothing, ignored. Finished our drinks and left. The person who seated us and took payment was very rude.

This is the 2nd time I have been here and never again. 👎 (a few years in between) They are way over priced, the meals take ages to arrive even though it wasn't a busy night. Everything on the menu was a complicated mix, there was nothing that was simple or traditional. Four of us ordered the same thing and none of us could eat it, the taste was off and not nice. They must think they are really something special to charge $7 for a zero beer 🍺. I really hoped it would have been a better experience this time and when the bill is $100 per person you hope for a great night.

New menu with a great selection of flavours. My wife and I dined at H2O last night. Service was fantastic and not in your face. We selected the house flat bread, Chilli prawns, Calamari, Chicken and pork Terrine and the Seared duck breast. Its truly not often i post a review but, WOW WOW WOW. Great job Chef Paul

The food was delicious and we'll priced for the quality. The view was the best I have seen for a restaurant it was so nice and the staff was really welcoming and friendly. Great service.
