Thank you Michael for all of your efforts and patience. Your calm, reassuring nature and ability to communicate with our children in ways we as parents cannot always do effectively, is most appreciated. Calm in such a stressful environment. Patient and understanding. They have the ability to communicate with the kids so well. By teaching them knowledgeable skills, my kids are now confident drivers.
