Amazing

What a relief I was starting to feel that most vets on the Gold Coast had lost any sort of compassion and empathy or passion for their job. Ashmore Greencross Vet Clinic have been one of the best experiences. My partner and I went in to get out dogs stiches out and the amount of love and compassion in the room as soon as you walk in from the receptionist manager Leah to the amazing Vet Nela. I will never go anywhere else. Its important to know your dog is in good hands.

Greencross is my go to vet on the Gold Coast, whenever I call they are able to fit me in. Friendly staff available to answer my questions and they really care about your pets. Highly Recommended.

Great Care - Great Service

As a new pet owning family we have had to have our puppy vaccinated, de-sexed and have minor ailments taken care of and at every occasion the staff at Greencross have treated our puppy as if it were their own and in doing so put our mind at ease that he will be in the best of care. Don't go anywhere else.

Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all cost! I called this vet to get a repeat prescription for my dogs contact rash on her tummy, as she has been treated for this by green cross vets before. They told us that they could not give us a repeat prescription without a consultation and this would be $72 + drugs. As we had no choice we agreed. I told them during the consult that she had also suffered with ear mites before and that May be contributing to the itching, the vet said they’ll take a quick look and diagnosed that she didn’t have mites but she did have a yeast infection. We left with a set of drops, the rash tablets and a $261 bill. They had charged me an additional $53.20 for putting a swab in my dogs ears during the consult. There was no mention of this at the time, it was just added to my bill. What was the $72 consult fee for is not to assess the dogs health. After checking the rate charged for the drops $82.20!!!!! I checked the price via google and found multiple retailers selling them for less than $40!!!! https://www.1800petmeds.com/Surolan-prod11205.html I feel totally ripped off and mislead. I would recommend using a more honest and transparent vet such as Gold Coast vetenary clinic instead.

About Palm Beach, QLD
Palm Beach is a suburb on the Gold Coast in Queensland. It sits between the idyllic Tallebudgera Creek and Currumbin Creek. Streets along the highway are named from first to twenty-eighth starting at the Southern end of the area and each one terminates at the highway. Palm Beach is unique for its proximity to the Pacific M1 Motorway, and is predominately residential and tourist accommodation with some of the Gold Coast’s most prestigious homes lining the Jefferson Lane strip along the shore. The area has become popular in recent years due to the number of trendy cafés and restaurants that have popped up, including scattered fashionable boutique and home ware stores. Palm Beach is patrolled by the Palm Beach Surf Life Saving Club, a local haunt and popular place for residents. One of the Gold Coasts few Centrelinks is housed here and the suburb has numerous local conveniences. There are a number of family friendly parks in the suburb, Elizabeth Slopper Gardens Park situated on Laguna Lake, featuring a large children’s area with play equipment, picnic and BBQ facilities and the Pirate Park, a renowned favourite spot, sitting on Currumbin Creek, with a cafe and large expanses of green along the inlet to relax. Located at the northern end of Palm Beach on Tallebudgera Creek is Tallebudgera Recreational Camp, a national fitness camp visited by children throughout Queensland, which also houses the Tallebudgera Beach School, an outdoor education centre and the largest Surf Education School in Queensland. Delivering camps, day programs, farm campus programs, and a registered Training Organisation, the school tackles aquatic and surf safety, personal development, problem solving, team building and leadership together with Indigineous cultural activities.
