What a beautiful nursery! It was well worth going for an hour drive. They have got an extensive variety of plants, pots, water features and a lot of other good stuff. All the staff are very pleasant and very helpful. They definitely know what they’re talking about. They even have umbrellas on hand to use in case it rains which did happen when we were there. Delivery was excellent too. Thank you to Kristin for responding to my enquiries online. To Joel who helped us get the best deals! Great customer service! A happy shopping experience! Highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

I have shopped with this business regularly for the last 19 years. Always encountered friendly, helpful service and great products. Unfortunately yesterday it was met with indifference, unhelpfulnes and downright rudeness. Very surprised and disappointed. Maybe the owners need to be more diligent about their levels of customer service. This is the second time in a few months.

I have been buying all my plants etc from this nursery over the past two years. I dont want to calculate the amount I have spent here , I would fall off my perch. We have even purchased a large vegepod also. Everytime I visit this nursery ALL the staff are friendly , knowledgeable, always willing to assist if and when required. Great place. But beware!!! i got it about 6 weeks ago and its dead now as soon i put it the ground it lost its leaves not happy as it was not cheap

Hey Barbara, Avocado trees aren't an easy tree to grow, come in and see us or give us a call and we can give you some tips to try and revive it. It is common for them to lose their leaves but it can be bought back. As we suggest to all of our customers they need to be planted in well draining soil, kept moist and protected from strong winds, they can be prone to root rot with poor drainage. While assisting a mate who had just moved into Wauchope, I attended Greenbourne Nursery and found their plants to be all up to speed. We purchased over my time there much more than a $100 worth, and have been satisfied, which were planted with success and with mimimal set back. They are all moving ahead, some are peforming better than other but that's how it goes. Feel sure that management regret your disappointment. My mate of 50 years will be returning to purchase more plants as required. Feel they deserve another chance. Having worked in the fruit industry at c/Queensland I have moderate horticulture knowledge. Not in pineapples - they are to hard on the body. Liked Wauchope when I was down, friendly town. Left with a positive opinion.

About 6 weeks ago I bought a lemon tree along with close to $100 worth of plants, the lemon tree I thought had the beginnings of leaf curl, I asked a staff member who was working the register if this was leaf curl, she replied no & gave me some story. So here I am now fighting full blown leaf curl on this same lemon tree. Okay they made a sale as I bought the lemon tree, but they lost a customer, what's best? As I now go to Bonny Hills they are helping me with the leaf curl. What is their excuse? can't lose a sale or ignorance?
