Automatic cleaner took my money then didn't even work. No attendant on site during business hours. Called the number and no one answered. Ripped off!!!

Not a Happy regular customer. 1. No person on the phone 2. Inserted $25 for an Ultimate wash for $22 3. Change machine only refunded $1.00 4. No receipt given 5. Nozzles blocked, drivers side had no soap/wax sprayed 6. Total experience terrible 7. Will see if I get a phone call from my 2 messages left on the anwering machine

Went on Sunday. Wouldn’t take card, then did I ordered the 23 40 clean being the highest so that the car could be waxed etc . WELL only got half a wash, car was soaking wet and green light came on and started flashing. That was it . No dry no wax , the windscreen still dirty. No one to speak to. What a rip off. So now I have to pay somewhere else to have it cleaned.

Went to use auto wash at midday Saturday, $20. Credit card machine accepts money. Car wash doesn't turn on. Annoyed but ok, needed the car wash done so was prepared to accept maybe a temporary glitch, so sacrificed another $20. Same again. Ok, fair enough machines break. Next step walk to office and it's locked. No contact number on door or front of building. No number on Google search. No website or email contact. Nothing. There's a security company contracted to look after the property. I Call them to let them know they should contact the owner, out of interest for his equipment and business. They say they can't contact the owner. I just part ways by saying, I'm giving you a courtesy call as you're contracted to look after this place. If the wrong person gets ripped off the way I just did, who knows what might happen. I can only try and do the right thing. I came onto local search and found a number for greenclean but no answer. DO NOT USE!!!

Went to use car wash last week, put money in only to find not working. No signs up to say out if order and no one on site to help! Call number listed went to voicemail, I left a message but no one has followed up. Will never use them again or recommend them!

Went to use the dog wash station. Found a hand written note saying “shampoo out of order, can use flea and tick rinse”.. went to use flea and tick rinse just to realise that both machines are only dispensing water. Wouldn’t of been an issue if it wasn’t $5 just to get the machine to turn on only to work out it’s just water. Put an out of order sign up and turn the entire service off until you fix your problem.

What an awesome customer experience!! It’s 35 degrees outside and I didn’t have to get out of my car! The young man in attendance was friendly and gave my car a pre-wash while I waited! So polite and helpful! Definitely recommend and I’ll be back! Well done young man, you are generating business for your employer - I hope that they take care of you!

I attended the cash wash on Monday 14/12/2020 at about 7.00pm and paid for a supreme wash with my visa (so I was charged surcharge 40c) and a message showed car wash busy. I keep trying to call the number on their website but can never get an answer. Phone message: 'no-one is available to take your call'. I am furious and will never recommend their services to anyone.
