The guys from GNR are absolute work horses. They have moved me so many times it’s ridiculous. I would never use anyone else. They are prompt, careful and are very easy to work with. Pricing is great, so much so that I even had them move my daughter and her family recently (two days after my move) both of us moving at the same time was crazy but GNR took so much of the stress off our shoulders. I seriously can’t praise this business enough. You will not regret using their services.

Hi Kylie. We would just like to thank you and your three wonderful workers who did such a great job for us. It was a hot day but they remained cheerful and pleasant and got on with the work. They were careful of all our goods and particularly careful with the piano and electronic organ for which I am very grateful. We also appreciated them taking the extra items through the side gate and down the yard to our daughter’s house. We couldn’t have found better service anywhere I am sure and the price was very reasonable. We are very happy to recommend your company to anyone needing a removalist.

As we all know moving house is a very stressful time. Greater Newcastle removals arrive on time and started work loading a full 3 bedroom house worth of funiture and around 200 boxes of household items. sweat was pouring from me with anxiety as they started work. I very quickly realized that I needn't worry, as I saw the care and diligence taken by the 2 men. Nothing was a bother as they negotiated moving it all into the truck, With great care and efficiency. A 600 km drive to the destination with my precious and often fragile goods as per, pre arrangement to two different destinations. Where I live and to a storage facility. The same care and friendly disposition at the other ends. Nothing was to much trouble. I am so grateful and appreciative. I can't recommend enough. Greater Newcastle Removals where the best removal company I have ever dealt with. Very reasonable with the pricing and communication was fantastic. Driver phoned a couple of times to say were they were and what time they would deliver. Cant recommend them highly enough!

Dont move with this company. Damaged multiple items after our carefull packaging but had to replace a bed frame a tv stand and heaps more but thats not the worst part. They have damaged the unit I am living in and ripped a hallway light off the wall and left exposed wiring and cabling with a broken light and a hole in the plaster. I have tried multiple times to contact them its not been nearly 2 months after they asked me to obtain quotes to fix it. I have called every few days to be told they will call me back to still NEVER get a call back and to be told theres no one available to speak to about it. Now im left with $500+ dollars of repairs because of there carelessness.

Booked a backload with Greater Newcastle Removals, had issues around the pick-up date, the date and information on the paperwork and what they have said since are at complete odds. When I called to ask what went wrong and why they tried to give me less than 5 hours notice to pack, I was hung up on. The manager told me my issues were ridiculous and left a voicemail suggesting I should be careful what I write in my review. This company won't apologise or even acknowledge when they make a mistake. Not worth your time or money!
