Turns out, a severely blocked radiator! Glen was the first mechanic to have ever diagnosed my 4yr cooling problem. I figure he saved me a full engine replacement - there's no way my 2004 van was going to withstand any more overheating. I only called the one number and knew to go no further, his pricing and personable manor had me sold in under a minute!

I recently broke down a couple of k’s on the way out of Forster. I Called Glen after finding him on the internet and explained to him what had happened and he was there with in 10 minutes with 25lts of water to get me back to the shop. He order me a new radiator, fan belt and fan belt tensioner. After waiting on the radiator to come from Newcastle Glen started to install it all back in at 6pm and having me back on the road by 8pm. The car is running like a dream. Couldn’t appreciate the time and work him put in and helping me out so much. Great service and Great bloke. Highly recommend Great Lakes Radiators.
