They had my van for 4 weeks could not find the electric problem . They done around 5 test and still failed to pinpoint it Radio was also not working and told me that they fixed it and reset it but when I picked it up it was still not working .Charged me over $350 for Fa This is the 2nd time I took it to them for the same problem 1st time I was told that the battery was draining too much power to charge the house battery so we bought a new expensive battery when the other battery was still reasonably new. I will never give them my business again

I was in Forster for the day and had an hour to my next meeting. Started the car but the battery was dead. Rang James and he said hed ring me back in 5 minutes to confirm one of his service guys could install a replacement battery. As promised he called me straight back and within 20 minutes my new battery was installed and the car was ready to go. Made my next meeting with 30 minutes to spare. Both James and his colleague were polite, professional and got me out of a bind. Highly recommend them for awesome service, competitive pricing and punctuality. Well done team

Booked my car in 2 weeks before they finally got to it. They had the car for 2 and a half days and did not fix it. They said the timing was out and had been corrected. I checked it and it was out (after their correction) by a full 6 degrees. When I brought this to the attention of James in the office, he said it was timed when warm, thinking that I was that dumb as to not know that his comment was complete rubbish. They charged me $350 for nothing. If you like having your money disappear, be my guest and go to these "experts". These guys are not interested in getting their hands dirty. They are "specialists" in European cars. Its a shame they couldn't fix my Volvo. I fixed it myself! Never again!

Wow I was very impressed with the service yesterday. Took car for Service Reg check. New tyres. Everyone is so friendly there .Nice to know we can get tyres there. All done without any fuss. They even fixed my Radio that was out of order without me mentioning it. Excellent Service guys. Thank you you are AWESOME POSTED TO face Book
