Grafton Air

I contacted Grafton Air on the 9-10th of August about a install problem of our Daikin Ducted Air Conditioner. Gas has leaked out of the unit. The manager blamed everyone else but themselves for the u1 fault. He referred me to baseless information that he provided to convince me it was not there installation which caused the problem. I find out now after a recent inspection from another agent a cover plate had also been left off that sealed the unit and stopped anything live from getting inside. He found a gecko had shorted the circuit board "pcb" causing a pcb problem. Grafton Air mentioned no gecko. What did they check and charge for. Grafton Air's invoice said the pcb had failed and needed replacing, gave no reason why and there was no mention of a cover being left off or a gas leak. Grafton Air are hiding facts. The manager is now looking for payment on the invoices he sent. His last email at the time said "I was clearly looking for a fight and please direct my business elsewhere.
