A mixed bag, the outdoor pool is lovely to swim in summer or winter though tired and the entire complex needs to be renovated. The people who manage the facility need to supervise more actively, 3 times in the past 2 months I have had to deal with women inappropriately using the women's rooms as a place for their clearly over-age boys to get changed - one of whom, today, was a TEENAGER! Come on ladies! What is wrong with you? And pool attendants - DO YOUR JOB! You need to do a walk through every 30 mins or so to ensure the safety of all patrons. And patrons should not have to have confronting conversations with these entitled 'parents'.

I use the hydro pool for rehab as well as the heated 25m pool for exercise. Always a good experience, never a problem. Facilities adequate and clean enough, and staff on hand to settle unruly patrons.

If i could rate a 0 i would. First time I visited the pool today with my 6yo niece. Two children were doing 'bombs' in the pool when one nearly jumped on my niece as she was swimming. I was so upset i yelled at them to stop and to read the sign that it was not allowed. There was no lifeguard in sight as these kids continued to do it. Because i told them off, the Grandmother came over to abuse me, yelling and saying the f-word continuously, as well as threatening to drown me. I couldn't believe the language that was coming from her mouth in front of all the adults and kids in the vicinity! My poor little niece just cried and the Grandmother started to abuse her! Would have been nice if staff were around to stop this from happening in the first place. Will never be back.
