Great service by Ben, when I went in to buy a new Vacuum. Thank you for your time and demonstration.

I ordered a replacement battery for a Hoover vacuum cleaner 23 Oct. Item had to be ordered and therefore full payment was requested which was quite acceptable and an assurance was given that if there were any problems, I would be contacted on the phone number provided. I was to collect item 30 Oct when in Port Macquarie which is approx 100kms from my home. Called as arranged and advised that delivery truck due the previous day had not arrived and they had no idea where it was or when it would arrive but as we were to be in town for another couple of hours, they would contact me immediately when it arrived. No contact received until the following day and was advised that it had, in fact, arrived at 3:30pm the previous day; a time when we were still in town. Solution provided was to send it to me by courier at my expense to which I objected and advised them that another solution would have been to remove the battery from a cleaner that they had in stock. Will never shop there again.

I can not thank you enough the service person. Every time I visit your shop the last 5yrs you go far and beyond helping me in what I need. You need a pay rise I spend lots of $$ in your store and will continue to do so for many more yrs. Thank you again Janina Richardson.
