How do you report on the results of a vehicle inspection?

After our mechanics have completed the inspection, we will send a detailed report via email or fax. Alternatively you can collect the report from our office when you pick up your vehicle. Our report will include any concerns we may have about the vehicle’s safety and whether it is deemed an un-roadworthy vehicle until repairs of faults are carried out.

What happens if I need a tow while I have a camper or trailer attached to my vehicle?

As long as your caravan, camper or trailer doesn’t exceed 7 metres in length or 5 tonnes in weight, we are able to tow both your vehicle and anything attached, to the same location. If you wish for the camper or trailer to go to a separate location, just advise our friendly towing team.

Really appreciate the prompt and comprehensive pre-purchase inspection report completed for a Suzuki Grand Vitara I have a hold on through a local car dealer. The technicians paid particular attention to the items I requested giving me peace of mind to proceed with the intended purchase. The report covered off everything I would have expected including depth of tyre treads compared to new and brake depth compared to min standard etc. At least a dozen photos supported the report and showed me every little scuff, touch up paint or stone chip they noticed. A couple of little dents were also brought to my attention. I almost felt like I was there to view the car personally. A service that is absolutely worth the investment when purchasing a vehicle unseen due to location.

GMW have been nothing short of amazing to deal in regards to the servicing and brake repairs on my vehicle. I have previously had my vehicle serviced at multiple different mechanics and GMW have been the best by far. Had a rear engine and auto seals replaced on my ls1 v8 commodore and although they had some difficulty and spent more time than quoted they stuck to there word. Recommend you give them a go.
