Ive never been so utterly disgusted . I had my nails done 3 weeks ago i have to take my nails off for unrelated reasons and the nail is so stuck to my natural nail that it wont come off unless my natural nail comes with it. Not only did i have to go back again the next day because they didn’t do my nails properly they started chipping within the first 5 days

Support local business…not this one. I thought I would give them another chance after a horrible pedicure. This time I had a manicure. Rude staff, rushed and & very rough. Not a nice experience !! I would not recommend this nail salon.

Worst manicure and pedicure I have ever had. My friend and I were rushed from start to finish. Nail beds are sore and 1 spot bleeding ( cuticles cut to much). No plastic covers in foot tubs. A broken grater, yes a grater was used on my feet. Will be going elsewhere to finish properly. I am a local. Less than average nail salon. Just dreadful!!

I am a local in the area and always use this business. The ladies are friendly and quite funny. I can go in with a picture of what I would like and I’m never disappointed when I leave.

I went in early morning and made an appointment later that day. I went and showed them exactly what I wanted and they got everything perfect. I was very happy with the results and the workers were very nice and started conversation here and there

i decided to go get my nails done on the way home from work, called up no answer, so i decided to go in and see if they were open which they were. Asked if i could get a full set of acrylics and was told that i should’ve booked and was given a 30 minute wait time, frustrating but understandable. went back in when the 30 minutes was up and the lady gave me the biggest eye roll, i asked if it was a bad time and if they wanted me to book and come back another which was answered with another eye roll and being told to sit. She was very rough and yanked at my hands and seemed to be in a real rush, at this point i was the only customer and two staff were on so not sure why this was such an inconvenience. i had the colour options thrown at me. The colour i received was nothing like what i asked for, she was rude, cut me with the tool and my fingers were covered in nail polish, not one apology or attempt to fix the issues. although i’m happy to give them another chance, i wasn’t impressed

Not a happy customer Walked out to do shopping only to find my entire nails had peeled off, my nails already look like they need an infill a day after and I showed the woman a picture of what I wanted which where daisy’s took one glance and did something that doesn’t even slightly resemble a daisy! I’m from a small country town so to get my nails done is almost a 2 hour car ride with no other competition so I’m really not that picky. I’m not happy at all.

Waste of time. I rang and booked in for 2:30pm for a simple pedicure and was told it would take 20 minutes. I was made to wait 20 minutes before they even started. I ended up having to leave for my next appointment.

Booked in with my daughter but the place was so busy we had to have our sessions consecutively. The people were lovely and do a good job but we were there for 2 hours instead of 1. Also Nail polish chipped off in large amounts after only a week - it’s not shellac but my opinion is their regular nail polish is poor quality.

I attended this store with my sister today to get our gel manicure done for Christmas with removal we were quoted on the phone one price and got charged an extra $20 each.. we were left with crooked, jagged and uneven nails and to top it off they digger/pryed off our existing false nails cause us extreme pain and causing my sister to bleed at her cuticles. Will not be returning!!!

Not impressed with the quality of both customer service and my acrylics. I paid $65 for ombre nails, and although the ombre turned out ok, my nails are all different lengths, and are not true coffin shape. As a nail technician myself, I am appalled at the lack of sanitisation before acrylic application. The woman also used her own nails to push my cuticles back, which is a huge warning sign! She also picked up a very wet bead of acrylic and let it run onto one of my fingers. Acrylic dries within 2 minutes of application, and she let it sit there for 5, then giggled when she finally noticed. The apex of the nail is also not built up very well, so I will be expecting these to break very soon. I suggest if you go here, you be very firm with how you want to be treated. The money spent is not fair for the price you pay. Finally decided I will NEVER go back to a small salon. My nails will be applied by myself at home. They turn out WAY better too.

Extremely talented ladies that take pride in their work and the outcome are beautifully presented nails that get noticed!
