Having recently had my first session with Sharon I already had a rough idea that this wasn’t going to be just like your average massage. I myself have studied remedial massage therapy & what Sharon can do is beyond that normal baseline of treatment therapy. She’s very passionate and knowledgeable about helping ease people’s pains and show different techniques and tools to use for future for prevention of further pains and misalignments on the mind body and soul. She will look at you as a whole if you would like her to and explore deeper meanings behind certain problems. During our sessions we discussed other forms of treatment such Reiki, NLP ( neuron linguistic programming ) & Anxiety to its core as she could feel I had a lot of anxious energy stored within my body that needed to come out. I then later told her I had a diagnosis for this as a 5year old so it is something that’s definitely been with me during my life. She gave me some amazing feedback on ways to help that I was yet to

I will go for the 1.5hr next visit to Global Healing Exchange! They're very professional and understanding of the client. It's important for someone who trains a lot to receive a quality release of tension when needed — Sharon was able to provide this. Good assessment on the body to then provide a great service of deep tissue massage.
