Dodgy practices. Cuts corners which will cost you more in the long run. Will promise you everyone a great experience but will leave you high and dry when problems start to show will sell you a house full of asbestos but won't admit it upfront. Just be careful before you shake hands with the devil. Get a professional report on the house first
