What a awesome job the guy's did on my bike it feels like a new bike its 10 yrs old, great service and I think it will last anther 10yrs now!

Dave is incredibly helpful and has a wealth of knowledge he’s willing to share. On top of servicing my bikes to look like new, Dave went above and beyond to make sure my bike set up was right for where I’m currently at in the sport, ensuring comfort and confidence were prioritised. It’s nice to be able to ask questions and not feel silly or like you should know better. Thanks for the incredible service and help!

I purchased my first bike from Dave over 20 years ago and had it serviced with him. Great service. Just recently purchased an electric scooter trike through Dave who went out of his way to follow up with the suppliers and the deliverers after it was delayed. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable with riding my scooter. I'm very happy.

Had problems with my rear deraileur on the rd bike not engaging at all from gear changing area. Wire cable had disengaged..Dave can you fix please..no probs mate bring it in.. next day pick up all cables replaced ( old were frayed )and gear changing perfectly adjusted.. price was negligible compare to the time spent fixing my problems..Such a great person to deal with...Dave certainly knows his work....thanks mate 👏👏👏👏

What can I say these guys go above and beyond when it comes to help, great service old school that's were businesses of to day have loss it !

Sometimes I think maybe we are to old school..but then we read something like this, and it gives us much pleasure and we will carry on as normal...cheers:)

Been dealing with Dave for many,many years purchased plenty of bikes from him and hes had too repair them even more, top notch service, 40 some odd years in the industry and knowledge second to none... I won't shop anywhere else and won't trust my bikes to just anyone, so take my advice and take yourself to the gladstone bicycle and meet a local legend

I was told from another bike shop in town, and told it's not worth repairing and needed to buy a new bike ? So I took it to thease guy's $250.latter it's like new! Again what great service could not be happier thanks
