Be very careful when choosing your flooring. The timber we chose from the samples was nothing like the real colour of the timber, ending up with a colour we didn't want with costly and devastating results and in our case with no responsibility taken by the company, except we could wait a further 3 months for a timber colour to match the rest of our house. This was not an option since it was being layering concrete!

Thanks Beverly, we appreciate your comments and whilst we are truly sorry you feel disappointed with your Flooring choice I feel that we should clarify a few things that you failed to mention, firstly, you were offered the exact species and system to match your existing floor which you declined, and as you know we have this in writing from you in the form of email stating you “want it lighter than the rest of house”, you also failed to mention that we laid out a sample area for you to inspect prior to installing as I was aware that this batch was lighter than what the samples displayed (as timber is prone to do) and that I made it very clear to you a number of times that if you weren’t happy you were under no obligation to accept it and that we would return the unwanted materials, you declined this offer on all occasions and insisted we proceed with the installation, at no time did I suggest it would take 3 months to get another product, that is simply untrue. Again Bev, I’m sorry that your experience with us wasn’t what most of our clients enjoy but the choice was yours and at the end of the day you did view, accept and receive the floor you asked for, and a discount.
