On behalf of the Petelo family, I would like to express my gratitude and sincere thankfulness to the AMAZING staff at Kingaroy Paul, Steve and Kelly whom professionalism respectful, loving and support for Felicity, and Joshua and myself at a time where, our son Shai life was cut short. All your professional input was much appreciated when handling our son from the hospital to the funeral parlour. Thank you for your continued encouragement and support and your ability to create a memorable experience has helped with our healing process. Through the greeting of our guests, the slideshow and music, and the order of the service booklets it was a successful ceremony. Your open communication and transparency has given us much comfort. As you let us have a say in the funeral, our guest commented on the ceremony for our son, which we were very proud of. Kelly thank you for taking such incredible care of Shai, it will never be forgotten, and Paul and Steve thank you for handling the logistics of the funeral, your experience is invaluable to us and many others. I was sad and in shock when Guy died from leukemia. The " Rose Chapel " owners (David and Penny) visited me many times when I was in need of Support. They organised Guy's service and reception for his Funeral. It was videoed and absolutely so beautiful. They played his preferred music and showed a slide show of Guy's Life.
