After purchasing my beautiful engagement ring a month ago from some very pleasant, patient and helpful staff at the store, I returned to look for our wedding rings. It was a Saturday (9/2/2013) and the store was full of potential customers and staff happily providing service. A junior staff member helped us with sizing my fiance's wedding ring finger and showing him some wedding band options. When it came time to look for my wedding ring, staff asked management, to assist me. As it was busy, and the wedding is still a long way off, I was happy to wait.
When it was my turn, management came over, told me how very busy you all were, had two new trainees to deal with, that they weren't even supposed to be doing quotes on weekends, and when I suggested coming back the next day, told me not to bother as the story would be the same.
I was completely shocked by this behaviour, especially after the great service I had just experienced from other staff. I said not to worry, I'll try one of
