I'm a Wine Club member - how do I set up my online account?
Before you can use your online account, you need to first activate it – to do this, simply email us at wineclub@gapstedwines.com.au and we’ll send you an account invite. You must set up your online account using the same email address that we use to communicate with you. You’ll know whether you’ve successfully logged in when you see your name at the top of our website.
Why isn't my entire purchase history showing on my online account?
The only purchases that will show on your online account are those you made via our website's store, or over the phone with the Wine Club team. Cellar Door purchases are not visible in your online account.
