I absolutely love my new hair. Everyone thinks it's such a massive transformation. Ann has done such an amzing job! Couldn't be happier.

Shocked to be charged a $100 booking fee, so stated I didn't want to spend $200 on a haircut. I circled no to the massages etc on my info sheet yet got it regardless and charged for it too. My jumper is ruined with several splatters of dye on each sleeve. AND IT COST ME $227 for a cut and colour (not even foils!). I sent them a text and haven't even gotten a sorry about your jumper. Not happy and telling everyone. -5 out of 10 girls.

It has taken me years to find a hairdresser I can trust with my long hair! The ladies at Galleria really listen to length preferences when cutting and my colour comes out exactly as I wanted. It is wonderful to sit back, relax and enjoy the moment while my hair is being done with zero worries about it all turning out wrong. Thank you!

Thank you to the amazing staff at Galleria. My sister and I went in yesterday with my 9 month old daughter on a whim after eating at a cafe nearby, they were able to fit us in and were so accommodating and lovely to us even though my 9 month old was getting very restless which they were very understanding about. We both left the salon so happy with our new hairstyles and were so happy with the price! Thank you once again you have made this mumma (who was long overdue for a haircut) very happy!

Always a totally wonderful experience at this salon. As a frequent visitor to Port Macquarie, I would never consider going anywhere else. Always very accommodating .....from the initial consultation, I am always very confident that my stylist and I are on the same page. I feel valued and appreciate the fact that I am always listened to and my needs are met. Not often found in the bigger city salons. As I am on a very tight budget, I appreciate that all costs are reasonable and discussed up front. Always leave happy ! :)

I've been getting my curly hair done by Ann & Heather for 3yrs ... I am so impressed at how the ladies work with curly hair ...my curls have never looked better. My purple ombre colour looks amazing I get so many compliments on my colour & curls. The service makes me feel special which makes for an overall wonderful experience... Since moving from Melbourne I have gone nowhere else but Galleria. From the start I have found all staff very professional and passionate about their treatment towards your hair. You will get the 5 star treatment whether it's a colour, cut, blow wave or special hair treatment. I enjoy every experience and would look nowhere else.

I cannot rave enough about Galleria Hair and the wonderful staff. These guys are consummate professionals, I have had extensive colour work and several cuts done at Galleria and I have NEVER had a better hair cut or colour job. Listed below are the factors that impressed me so: a) The attention to detail at the time - I have never had a hairdresser that has put so much time and individual attention into the job and would not rest until their own high standards were satisfied with the result b) The lasting power of the colour several months after the initial appointment c) The quality of hair cut. - The best hair cut I have ever had, seriously. I'm not one to put too much time into my hair, and because of the great cut, it just sits beautifully without me having to do anything to it. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend Galleria Hair!
