I had the pleasure of dealing with her who cares about our needs & acted upon them efficiently. She is very approachable, friendly, caring & professional. She communicates well to our needs promptly & very responsive to all our communication. She looked after us in all our rental needs & organised repairs & issues promptly. She went above & beyond making sure it was as smooth as possible. We appreciate her thoughtfullness & caring manner. The quality & efficiency of her service to us tenant & the landlord is excellent. I found the staff at Freemans are always very friendly and helpful the times I have been into the office to speak with the Property Manger. They have managed my rental property for over 12 months and have only got great results and have had excellent tenants looking after the property. I receive a detailed inspection report once completed. I would recommend using them if you are looking to rent or give a rental property to look after.
