Thank you Freeflo for the great prompt & efficiant service. A family member reversed over & flattened our water meter, but didn't let us know until they were back home.. didn't even send us a photo. Phoning around for help & an assessment of the damage between Christmas & New Year yielded no help until I contacted Freeflo. They said "we can't get there today, well go first thing tomorrow. But I got a call about 5pm (same day) with the verdict of "not good" will need repairing soon as. I requested a quote & received that promptly. When I called to confirm & make a booking I was told we could get that done in a couple of days. What great service and all done over the holiday period. And obliging people to deal with, could not ask for better service. Thanks again guys.

Matt & Sage were excellent at completing our leaking shower and upstairs bathroom. Responded in a timely manner, and kept me informed of any change to appointment times (my fix could have waited weeks really - some other clients had more urgent requirements, which I understood needed Mats attention) which he kept to when he made them. Explanations of the assessed problem, the remedy, and process of fixing it - which needed curing times... so he had to return etc., were done so I could simply understand, and appreciate what was required. He even turned his hand to doing a small part of the job which would have required a chippie 10mins, was done expertly. It was either him or me... Mat did a great job all in all. Thanks!

Amazing, professional, trustworthy, friendly and caring! I had an emergency plumbing issue on Christmas Day and Matt from Freeflo Plumbing was the only plumber who responded with a yes. He was on site within the hour and fixed the issue. I booked Matt for a follow up job - his work is excellent and Matt is punctual, friendly and professional. He is a plumbing expert with a can-do-attitude. Best tradie ever!

Called Matt with a blocked toilet at 7.45am here at Fingal Bay. He arrived at 8.15am & found the blockage within half an hour. Used the camera & found that a tree root was the cause on our's & neighbour's common sewer line. He then sent the root cutter down & had it cleared in no time. Fantastic customer service, many thanks.
