Called this contractor for electrical work. He had no identification call introduction, he was rude to me on the phone. I asked if this was Frank's Electrical and was told yes. I than asked if an electrician was available, and than was told by this person that they're not doing electrical work anymore. But this number is still in a current local phone directory.
