The Managers are fantastic. Makes you feel so welcome. Units are super clean and well maintained.

Cosy motel room, a little dated but affordable for an overnight stay. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The nice pool was a delight as was the safe and convenient parking right outside our door. We were able to get a good nights sleep with no noise at all. The short drive to Buffs in town was well worth it.

Great Motel! After having a terrible experience somewhere else the night before, we had a wonderful experience here. They welcomed us with open arms including our dog. We did some laundry in the facilities provided and it didn't get quite dry enough by morning, so management put the extra coins in the machine to get it dried for us by the time we got up in the morning to leave :) What amazing service. The rooms were nice too!

Loved the place. They have everything you need at affordable prices. You can stay a weekend or a week or even longer. Rooms are clean and tidy and the pool area is great entertainment for the kids. Great BBQ facilities if you don't want to use the kitchenette. Also it's close to the CBD. Had a great time. Thanks!

With air conditioned rooms, comfortable beds and lovely owners, we will be going back to Fourth Avenue Motor Inn again. Their rooms are nice and clean which is great to see and it is also quiet and relaxing. Whether you stay for a long or short time their prices are affordable. Highly recommended..
