Just wanted to do a shout of to Graeme for being such an amazing gentleman from Fort Knox storage in Mackay. With mum being in the process of her selling her house, we dealt with Graeme a couple of times over the phone about mum's furniture and her FJ. At that stage her house still hadn't gone unconditional so he offered us a discounted price for storage up to 6 months and he would put two on hold for me. Two weeks later we rang, and said we only needed storage for one, it did not bother him at all, and treated us with such kindness, explained the shed would only be charged from the date we needed it. Ricky went in and paid for it all, and then the day later mum signs a contract for a house and she can move straight in. We ring Graeme and explain the situation and ask about cancelling, and nothing was a problem, he refunded us the money, and was so understanding. From the first phone call Graeme was amazing, and went above and beyond to help us out, such an amazing service, thank you Mr Heron, if i ever need storage, you will be the first person i call, and recommend to others.
