FNQ Furniture Removals

Arrived at 10:45 when promised to pick at 7:00 AM. Said that he will send one extra person as a compensation for late pick up. Came at 10:40 and dropped at 1:20 freshwater which is 10 minutes from his Depo. Sent an invoice if 4 hours which actually was less than 3 hours. When inquired, the owner was loud and rude. I feel cheated. This company is absolutely untrustworthy. Rude. Loud and absolutely worse. The worse was that the cleaners did not visit as Removalist was late. Will be paying 2 days of extra rent at least as well and still looking for a new cleaner now.

This team is totally professional from start to finish. It's a pleasure making a phone call and have someone who responds so promptly. I can absolutely recommend FNQ Furniture Removals for their professionalism. The crew showed great respect for my belongings as well as my house. They worked quickly and carefully and communicated as a team. They moved my furniture and belongings from Cairns to Atherton. We used FNQ removals for two moves from Palm Cove to Mareeba, one of which they had to store some furniture for a number of weeks, Nothing was a problem always only too happy to help. For a stress free move you must use these guys.

Very grateful, most reliable, professional, quick and down to earth service, they factored in it was an unusual move, industrial design heavy wooden furniture with excellent turn around service, took into consideration a stair case, NO damages with glass, to be honest.
