My name is Tracy, and I’m a leading Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist here in beautiful Wollongong, NSW. I am passionate about helping people overcome their limitations so they can start living the life they want. I tailor each therapeutic experience to suit the individual’s requirements, assisting every person to achieve life changing results. I use a combination of Hypnotherapy, Counselling, NLP, Life Coaching & Mindfulness to assist my clients in letting go of limiting beliefs and enabling my clients to reach their goals and aspirations. My style is solutions orientated and results driven. Hypnotherapy has been the backbone of my practice, as I am constantly impressed by the positive life changing outcomes it creates for my clients.
