I had an awful experience at the store. When I asked them if the flooring color matched by showing original pictures and invoices, they denied sending it and claimed they had written something entirely different. This was followed by a series of insults and yelling, accusing me of not intending to pay and identifying me as "one of those women." Deeply embarrassed by being shouted at in my own shop, I nevertheless tried to reassure him that I still intended to pay, and all I wanted was confirmation of the material. Despite my reassurance, they threatened to remove the flooring and constantly changed their story. His hostile attitude and questioning, "When will you pay? In 5 minutes? When? Today? When? Pay right now? When?" brought me to the edge of tears. Their hostile attitude and insults left me deeply upset and embarrassed. As he kept insisting the colors were the same and I was causing trouble, I attached the photos below.
