Good place, kids had a blast!

My wife and I Had a great day with our 3 kids on the weekend, 4,8,11 we got checked in fast after filling out a waiver which didn’t take too long, glad we booked in advanced as the place was pumping and some people in front of us couldn’t get in due to the venue booking out for the day so on the weekends definitely book before hand, cafe was seperate to check in process so wait time for food and drink was reasonably quick, no hot chips but meat pies, sliced cakes and other snacks filled the spot and coffee was great! Always need good coffee before big day with the kids lol The staff were great, young but friendly and on the ball with safety, which was good because some bigger kids tried to go into the under 5s arena but staff got on to them really quick to keep the younger ones safer which was amazing as our 4 year old was in there. Overall great place to take kids on the central coast, will definitely be returning !

Was treated poorly by a staff member named Debbie. Spoken to aggressively and embarrassed in front of others. She cause unnecessary commotion. The ventilation in the place is poor it was a cold day and so muggy inside the building. Very small for a flip out and no proper seating for adults near the trampolines. The foam from the foam pit was spread all over the trampolines even though it was not in the same section, which caused my 5 year old to slip over. It was also not clean. The other staff were nice however and my kids did enjoy themselves. I never leave bad reviews but when I attended this place I felt humiliated by that staff member.

Disgusting place and management. Zero COVID 19 precautions in place. When I decided to leave with my children after waiting for 30min in a line where people were up against each other, and after my children's online booked session had started, we were only half way through when we left. I spoke to the manager and he was obnoxious and rude. Overcrowded, unhygienic, ugly. Do yourself a favour and don't go!
