Five Fitness is a session based fitness centre. We are located in a little old Scout Hall on the main street of Narromine (Dandaloo Street). What makes us so different to a ‘gym’ for example is that you can’t just pop in and do your own workout. We are open at the specific times on the timetable below. This means that you are working with your trainer for the hour. You just need to roll on in, and the workout is done for you, no need to think about what you’ve got to do, or program your own session. It’s all done for you.

If the times don’t suit or you would prefer to work one-on-one, that’s fine just reach put and we will find a way to make it work. If you’re looking to schedule your own Group PT session, just rally around 6 friends/family/whoever and we will put a session together for you. The best bit? It’s customised completely to YOUR GROUP. Whatever training style you are looking for, you will have it. These sessions will also be exclusive to your group and won’t appear on the timetable.

Having fitness freedom in your life is absolutely priceless. There is no better feeling than knowing you are ready to go for any of lifes obstacles. Need to run 10km? Have faith you can just do it. Playing a game of netball or running onto the footy oval for a Father/Son game? It’s ok, you might come off a little worse for wear with passing but your fitness will hold you up for the game.
