As an EC member who worked with FCS on large and small projects, they were excellent and they were able to advise the EC in a timely manner. The EC always felt supported by both the Maintenance Manager and the Strata Manager especially when we needed advice over weekends or after hours they were there for us.

A very poor organisation to do business with. Any unit complexes in Canberra wanting Strata Management and Facilities Management services please avoid.

First Choice Strata is doing a great job. Someone stolen my parcel, the manager took immediate action and reported to police. I got my parcel back on the same day.

I have had a number of small problems that needed First Choice Strata to jump in and help solve for me. I found both Belinda and Konika very helpful and able to go over beyond in getting my problems solved.

We own an apartment in Gungahlin and the property managers (in particular the Building Manager of Inifinty Towers) have been really helpful and are doing a good job in taking care of the property.

Disgraceful, deceitful and incompetent strata managers. We got rid of them from our commercial premises in Gungahlin and things have never been better. If you have a choice, do not go near them.

I have been having horrendous time dealing with strata manager and facilities manager of First choice strata as they unfortunately manage the unit complex I live in. I have multiple emails sitting in their inbox which they never acknowledged nor replied. They do not provide contact details of executive committee to me. They do NOT even have a strata management contract executed. They ignore my emails and multiple follow-up emails. Other owners told me that they are not happy with the service of First choice strata. No transparency, no maintenance of common property. They are not reliable and trustworthy. Save yourselves headaches, stress and money and please don’t hire first choice strata they are hopeless. Since they joined our complex which is less than 2 years my levy has been increased by $300 a quarter. I would give them zero stars if I could. Horrible service, they don’t keep their promises. They extensively miscommunicate!
