Poor communication and non arrival. After confusion initially (my fault) on which day was booked it was agreed that they would attend yesterday 29/10/23, after no response on an update there was a call late in the afternoon to advise that there had been an accident and they could no longer attend, but they committed to making my job the first one for today 30/10/23. Again no communication or update until I attempted contact after 11am, seeing as we should have been the first job today. Calls sent to voicemail with no reply, blocked on messenger and blocked full the Facebook page. If you want to book someone that does not communicate nor turn up, book these guys.
