Firm-n-Fold staff have been great! I recently had a problem with my massage table and called Firm-n-Fold company at there head office on the Gold coast. Melody helped me sort out the squeak in my massage table and sent the part I needed to fix it free even though it was out of warranty. They also helped with my other table even though it was a competitors. Great service & great people, thanks very much.
