Finlay Training Services is a central Queensland company, which services the mining, civil, construction and sugar industries.

We strive to accommodate the needs of the individual and companies requiring their staff are educated to a standard to satisfy Federal and State regulations.

Employer’s need for the training of staff in the workplace to conform to safety requirements has increased greatly due to the Federal and State Governments continual streamlining of legislation.

Finlay Training Services has designed training to be flexible in its delivery and focused to meet the needs of the individual, groups or company. This is done through a variety of methods including face-to-face learning, on the job learning, recognising prior learning and challenge testing.

Our trainers/assessors are fully qualified; they hold the mandatory licences, certificates of competency to successfully deliver courses across a broad range of industries.

The courses outlined on our website have been developed in conjunction with government departments, relevant industries and authorities.

Courses cover high-risk licences, safety, mining induction and operate plant machinery for civil and mining.

Finlay Training Services operate within the national set of standards for the clients of Australia’s VET system. All courses are accredited by QLD Training Solutions Pty Ltd (RTO 31504).
