As an athlete Daniel has a passion for health and fitness, and has played field hockey for 34 years at multiple levels, overcoming different injuries and complications during this time . Over the last 15 years he has been searching for ways to repair these problems and discover the reasons for their onset. Today Daniel has a Certificate VI in Massage Therapy Practice as well as a Qualification in Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling. Through this education he has honed a range of techniques and skills to help combat soft tissue dysfunctions, particularly in; - Joint Mobilisation - Myofascial Release - Trigger Point Therapy - Deep Tissue Massage - Kinesio taping - Sports Massage Daniel believes that a detailed assessment, client self-care and education are vital in assisting the body’s natural healing, and he has a particular interest in those with active lifestyles and sporting injuries; enabling them to perform their daily activities pain-free and maximising their potential.
