Fat Boy Skips Townsville

I had a very poor experience with Fat Boy Skips and would not recommend this service. After my skip bin was collected, I was told I owed additional overweight fees. When I requested the tip receipt to verify the weight, the figures provided did not match the amount I was being charged. They repeatedly demanded my credit card details over the phone. For security reasons I refused and offered to pay immediately via a secure payment method, which was declined. I stated I would pay as soon as a secure option was provided, to which he responded, “your choice”. Two days later, without warning or consent, a skip bin filled with commercial waste was dumped on my private property, causing damage that I am now left to address. After reviewing older feedback online, it is clear this is not an isolated incident. I strongly advise others to use a different skip bin provider.

Absolutely shocking company. Didn't explain about limit going over the top. Our was filled to maybe 10 cm over the top and demanded additional money. He couldn't provide a receipt to prove it was my charges then phone me abusing me stating he was going to tip a heap of rubbish in our front yard! I have phone call recorded- extremely unprofessional and the when I said I would pay it he would NOT allow me to give him the cash he wanted a credit card payment ONLY! Weird

Received a quote (per bin) from Fat Boy Skips but after we had paid he wanted to charge us extra for what he said was extra weight he hadn't allowed for. This was not mentioned when he quoted. We refused to pay the extra so when he picked up the last skip bin he dumped the rubbish in the driveway. Be wary.
