Highly recommend Fast Call! I phoned Darrin first thing Monday due to an issue with my septic tank overnight. Darrin was very helpful and was able to visit the same day and the work was completed quickly and professionally.

Darrin was very helpful on my original phone call and was very polite and easy to deal with. We arranged a time and day and he turned up on time. I had already explained that due to my medical problems for many years and failure to to maintain my septic system, I expected it to be a problem for him. He and his offsider took it in there stride and Darrin explained what problems they were having. Considering the issues they encountered and they completed the job to the point our system would work again and provided great advice on how to fix the system in the future. I would highly recommend him and his business to everyone, as the friendly polite and professional manner they went about the task was exemplary.I was expecting the cost to be more than it was and as they worked very hard and quickly, I was very pleased withe the outcome. I called Fast Call plumbing for a non-urgent works job to pump a waste storage tank, and Darrin and his apprentice were there within a couple of days. Darrin came at a convenient time for me early in the morning, and got the job done quickly. I got some quotes from other companies first but went with Fast Call as Darrin was competitively priced and a local too!
