XXXX has decided not to continue his Karate. It is the longest he has ever stuck at anything which was great for us. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to yourself and Trish for making his 'adventure' more than he or I could have expected. If he ever decides to take it up again, i will be in touch

Wow, Kyokushin Karate is the best, never felt fitter or more confident. There are not many girls in our dojo so it would be great to have some more to train with and we can show up the guys. Sempai Trish is a fantastic role model and great martial artist. I am so confident now.

What a great place to learn this amazing sport. Full Contact Karate is just the best, and I am so glad I found Kyokushin Lismore. Last year I was able to compete in a full-contact Tournament after training with Sensei Mark and Wally. The experience was fantastic, the camaraderie was like nothing I have experienced. I was prepped and ready to go for it. Competing in a Full contact tournament is about facing fears and overcoming them. I feel so confident.
