We called a few suppliers in the area when looking for someone to undertake a building and pest inspection on a property we were considering purchasing. Rebecca at Fairview was easily the most professional, took time to answer all questions and explain the process, and very quick to coordinate a date and time for the inspection. Their work was very comprehensive, professional and friendly. They provided the report within 24 hours of the inspection as promised. This was clearly laid out, with photos and explanations of findings, and Ken was happy to answer all other questions we had in following up the report. Their recommendations were critical to helping us make an informed decision.
