What is the difference in the densities?

Density is the quality of the foam, not the firmness. We provide different quality mattresses to offer a range of prices depending on the use.

What mat sizes do you offer?

We offer 600 x 900mm, 900 x 1500mm, 900 x 1200mm, 450 x 750mm and a few other sizes in range of mats

Do you have memory foam toppers?

We do! We have a couple of different types depending on what you are after.

Do you have eggshell toppers?

We have 2 different firmnesses, one being a soft and the other a medium feel. You can also flip the overlay either way giving you a slightly different firmness sensation

If I have to wait more than 25 minutes to be served when there is only 2 other customers in store, I cannot wait around. I also run a small business and if my staff kept people waiting for service like this, they won't be working for us. Acknowledge the customer and let them know how long it will be before they can assist you. There are other options and best I go elsewhere.

It doesn't matter if your need is small or large, the proprietor and his offsider are most helpful. Their specialty range is broad and they will generally find just the right thing. I spent $1.90 and I think their attitude would have been the same for a much larger purchase. Not the first time I've shopped there and never been disappointed.

We have used a range of products from FRI over the years for our business. The service has been really good. No hassle deliveries as required on the many quality products available. The staff are knowledgeable and efficient, a good business to deal with.

Renovating our boat my husband and I came in to FRI to have a look at some new marine carpet through a friends suggestion. The staff member we spoke to was most helpful in helping us chose the right carpet for our boat. We really appreciated all of the advice on how best to lay the carpet ourselves. They have a great range of colours and quality available. We also grabbed a few other bits and pieces they had available too. Love being able to support local businesses where possible and was amazed at what they had available. We have finally got to the stage where we have laid the new carpet and it looks amazing. Hubby didn't do such a bad job, thank you.
