Terrible experience

Worst experience Ive had anywhere before. I got a quote for a job and was happy with the price so I booked my car in to have it done. I dropped my car off Monday morning expecting some progress to be made during the day. I then get a phone call at 4:30 in the afternoon telling me they havent touched the car and that they have under quoted me and I should be paying more. (Which isnt how a quote works but anyway) Then someone shows up at my work at 4:55pm complaining to my face about the job and that its going to end up costing the business money... (again not something you complain about the a customer but anyway) I then decided that they clearly dont want to do this job and they were to go ahead they will most likely do a terrible job on purpose so I decided to go pick my car up at 5:10pm and not bother with it. All in all like I said at the start, poorly run business and very disappointed.
